Terms of Use

These terms apply to Unboxs (unboxs.shop), the VIP subscription and the China Shopping Copilot extension. By signing in with your account, you agree to them.

1. What Unboxs does

Unboxs collects products from sellers in China and gives you the link to buy them through CSSBuy, plus a suggested customs declaration and a browser extension. Unboxs does not sell products. Purchase, payment, shipping and customer service happen on CSSBuy and with the sellers, who have their own rules.

2. Your account

• You sign in with your Google account. One account per person.
• We may suspend accounts that use the store in an automated way, resell or share VIP access, or try to get around the link limit.

3. Free links and VIP

• Today each account gets 1 free link per day. This number may change and is always shown on the store.
• VIP unlocks links without the daily limit while it is active.
• Price, period and payment method are shown before you subscribe.
• You can cancel within 7 days of subscribing and get a full refund (Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, art. 49), or within a longer period if the law of your country provides one. Ask by email at [email protected].
• For recurring subscriptions, you can cancel anytime; VIP stays active until the end of the paid period.

4. Referral links

CSSBuy links on the store and in the extension carry Unboxs's referral code. CSSBuy may pay us a commission on purchases made through them, without raising the price for you.

5. Prices and product information

• The value in your currency is approximate, based on the yuan exchange rate, and changes with it.
• Shipping, CSSBuy fees and import taxes are charged separately.
• Photos, descriptions, weight and availability come from sellers and may change without notice.
• The "Verified supplier" badge means we checked that seller at some point. It is not a guarantee of the product or of delivery.

6. Customs declaration

The declaration text generated by the store is a suggestion based on the items you chose. You are responsible for declaring truthfully and completely, with the real amounts paid, under your country's customs rules. Unboxs does not advise declaring less than you paid.

7. What you buy

It is up to you to check whether the product can be imported into your country and complies with the law, including trademark rights. We are not liable for products that are held, taxed or seized.

8. Extension

The extension works on Xianyu (Goofish), Taobao, Tmall, Weidian and 1688 pages. It hides login walls, shows approximate prices, creates CSSBuy links and translates the page when you ask. It doesn't sign in to your accounts on those sites. Since those sites change often, parts of the extension may stop working until they are updated. Data details are in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

Unboxs is not responsible for products, delivery times, shipping, customs or customer service from CSSBuy and the sellers. We work to keep the store online, but it may be unavailable during maintenance or outages of third-party services.

10. Changes and governing law

When these terms change, the date at the top is updated and important changes will be announced on the store. These terms are governed by Brazilian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
